This is so scary and inspiring at the same time. It is true that we don’t realise how badly we have messed up our lifestyle.

Most people do not truly believe their lifestyle impacts their quality of health. Destructive lifestyles often produce few (if any) symptoms in the beginning. It may take 10 or 20 years for the body to lose its ability to compensate, but the symptoms and diseases are simply the END RESULT of long term self harm. As long as people CHOOSE to ignore this advice, they will unfortunately continue to suffer the consequences.

Dr. J., this is strikingly true! A good message to heed going into the holiday season with high levels of stress & excuses to enjoy the food & fanfare, and think about a healthier lifestyle next year! Phew… all in one breath. So thankful I got the “good health is up to me message” years ago! Pray others read this post and commit to do something NOW. Happy Christmas! 🎄🎄🎄 Christine

The first thing people need to do is simply determine their own SELF VALUE. Anyone who truly treasures their own existence doesn’t intentionally cause themselves harm. Correcting one’s MINDSET, therefore, becomes the first step on the road to improving health AND quality living.

Maybe avoiding this mantra will give you better results. You don’t strike me as the one willing to wait for a disastrous outcome. You strike me as one more interested in taking charge and control of one’s life.

Oh my, you know me better than I…LOL after I wrote that it would be a great mantra, I immediately said to myself, ya, no!! I do not like to let the grass grow to high under my feet once I make up my mind…and yes control of my own life is very imprortant to me….thanks Jonathan….
