THE HUMAN LIVESTOCK EXPERIMENT

roundup-cropped-500When did we sign ANY informed consent authorizing our government and agricultural industry to enroll us in an experimental “HUMAN LIVESTOCK” PROJECT (using potentially toxic chemicals for farm use and residential use) to see whether we’d suffer any serious adverse health outcomes?

Pesticides, herbicides, insecticides and fungicides are poisons that KILL weeds, insects and other “pests.” We’re told, however, they’re safe for HUMAN CONSUMPTIONWho is telling us they’re safe? Not surprisingly, it’s the manufacturers of these chemicals who are making these claims. Apparently, the International Agency for Research on Cancer has a different view of these poisons. Their research concluded these chemicals MAY be carcinogenic compounds (CANCER CAUSING AGENTS) capable of potentially causing cancer in HUMANS.

The following letter was written in MARCH of 2015 after this organization assessed the safety/risk of using several insecticides, herbicides and pesticides. I’ve highlighted just a couple of sections for you to read:

Publication5cropped1000

Even if current research only “suspects” these substances to be carcinogenic, why would our government permit their continued distribution and use until conclusive evidence is found for their safety? Obviously, many would argue the profits these chemicals produce exceed the potential future lawsuits. A more important question, however, is:

WHY WOULD YOU USE THESE CHEMICALS ON YOUR OWN LAWNS AND GARDENS EXPOSING FAMILY MEMBERS AND PETS TO THEIR POTENTIAL HARMFUL (and possible lethal) EFFECTS?

Roundup contains GLYPHOSATE (the main ingredient in one of the most popular weed killers used today suspected of causing CANCER.) These conclusions have NOT reduced the use of Roundup in the U.S.A. The only possible justification for continued unrestricted use of chemicals such as this is:

LACK OF AWARENESS

on the consumer’s end, and

PROFITS

on the agricultural end.

Waiting for family members and/or family pets to become diseased before considering alternative options to create beautiful gardens and lawns is a foolish choice. It is also foolish to purchase grocery store produce sprayed with these toxic chemicals in an attempt to “save” on grocery expenses. A diseased family member and/or pet winds up costing substantially more (financially and emotionally) than the difference in price for organic produce.

Healthier changes begin with EACH OF US LOOKING OUT FOR OUR OWN FAMILY’S NEEDS. Start today by choosing alternative products that EFFECTIVELY and SAFELY achieve this goal:

DON’T CONSENT ANY LONGER TO BE PART OF THIS HUMAN EXPERIMENT!

  1. Amen to that. We’ve been sold out by our governments who allowed this to happen. They won’t even label it so we have a choice in the matter.

    1. You’re right, Leslie. The battle over GMO products and their labeling is a great example. People must become their own advocates and begin to learn the essentials for healthy living.

        1. Local farmers at the farmer’s market can likely satisfy your desire for a non GMO cob of corn. 🙂

    1. It’s only scary to those who see these truths for themselves. Those interested in speed, shelf life and CHEAP will not want to see the challenges that will likely face them in the future.

  3. So true Dr J … I prefer to buy my fruit and veg from the local farmers market, paying a reasonable price for quality produce is a no brainer 🙂

    1. You would think it’s a no brainer, but apparently a large percentage of our population hasn’t received the message in a manner that positively impacts their lives (YET.) I believe we’ll get there in time.

  4. People don’t believe that you can pay now or later when it comes to health. I started with natural health for my pets after I lost a dog to cancer. It very well could have been the food I fed her. Over the last 12 years I’ve become more than just a healthy pet nut, I’m almost full on health nut. I research, read labels, buy from local farms, eat organic and stay away from food stuff that is man-made full of chemicals. Great post, thank you!

    1. Your unfortunate experience created a BIG wake up call. I’m sure your family (including pets) have benefited greatly from the learning experience.

  5. Great post, Jonathan. Being a cook, I’m an avid promoter for knowing where your food comes from. Organic is more expensive but surely your good health is worth it.

    1. Couldn’t agree more. A few extra dollars spent on quality food that produces healthy outcomes, is certainly cheaper than ingesting “food stuff” (ex. preservatives, dyes, antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, etc…) and the costs of repairing the harm they result in.

    1. People must be shown this over and over again before they become willing to accept these truths and consider changing their behaviors!

        1. This is a MAJOR reason I write these articles. I believe this information is very important for the consumer to make an INFORMED decision about their choices in life.

  7. It actually shows the degree of unawareness among us about – healthy and unhealthy.
Also post on the food which is genetically modified.

*I tried to put my thoughts on your questions on food incompatibility, but while answering I deleted your comment mistakenly. It would be great if you post your comment in short again for laymen to understand what you actually asked to make them understand what we are talking about. Thanks!

  9. It took being diagnosed with Cancer for me to go through my garage and throw out all the chemicals some years ago, Epsom salt and Vinegar are great for killing weeds. You can google natural recipes online for just about anything…Great Blog!

Amen. Great job exposing the corrupt system. After learning for two years, my family and I are finally chemical free. We try to only buy organic food and use only safe organic products in our home and on our bodies.

    1. The message is spreading, however, the pace is slow. People have a difficult time believing dangerous products are permitted into circulation. As people become more willing to respectfully challenge and question these policies, their awareness will grow. Glad to see you have come to “see the light!”
