What causes the disconnect between our eyes and our brains? How can we view this picture and not question the POSSIBILITY that pesticide spraying of our crops is detrimental to our HEALTH? How can we stare directly at the PROTECTIVE SUITS needed to apply these dangerous products and believe these poisons do not affect the safety of the foods we eat? How can we believe the 12-15 re-applications (on average of some crops¹) of these pesticides don’t magnify the harmful residue toxins on these foods?
If I sprayed Roundup (the most common pesticide used) directly on your fruit and let it dry, repeated this process 12-15 times, and handed you the fruit, would you eat it without any reservations?
WOULD YOU EAT IT AT ALL?
Is the food YOU EAT any less dangerous because you don’t WITNESS the repeated spraying of these crops? At what point do you begin realizing the INSANITY in this?
What makes you believe this food is SAFE (let alone healthy?) Now that science has genetically modified various crops, these same foods can withstand even greater frequencies and intensities of pesticide spraying without causing VISUAL HARM.
…AND STILL NO OBJECTIONS FROM THE CONSUMER?…
WHAT ARE THE EXCUSES FOR THIS BEHAVIOR?
“Organic is too expensive?” How much cheaper is disease and gradual death?
“I don’t have the time!” Do you have the time for self induced disease by consuming these foods?
“I don’t really think it’s that bad!” Then why won’t you eat the fruit I spray 12-15 times with Roundup? What’s the difference? Do you think washing your fruits and vegetables with tap water magically gets rid of these toxic residues?
4. “I DON’T WANT TO BELIEVE THIS IS TRUE!”
Now we’re getting somewhere. I understand and empathize with this sentiment. But, not wanting to believe doesn’t undo the harm we’re causing ourselves. More and more diseases are showing their ugly faces. Autoimmune diseases, gastrointestinal diseases and neurodevelopmental diseases are growing significantly in numbers. How are we dealing with this growing problem?
NEW PHARMACEUTICAL DRUGS?
So, after we consume these toxic crops that overwhelm our body’s filtering systems (liver and kidneys) we want to believe the SOLUTION is synthetic drugs. Rather than implementing REAL (HEALTHY) FOODS to combat disease reducing stress on our bodies, we choose DRUGS which place even greater stresses on our liver and kidneys.
Next, we add to this equation fast foods and processed foods full of artificial ingredients, preservatives and dyes that contribute to increasing rates of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, stroke and obesity.
MAYBE THIS RISE IN DISEASES HAS MORE TO DO WITH THE WAY WE’RE LIVING OUR LIVES, THAN THE LACK OF PHARMACEUTICAL DRUGS HITTING THE MARKET!
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Basically, I see ONLY two options:
1. You can open your eyes to the reality of the life your living and begin changing your ways to a lifestyle that promotes GOOD HEALTH and OPPORTUNITY for QUALITY LIVING
2. You can keep your eyes tightly shut to avoid witnessing the self induced destruction YOU’RE INFLICTING on yourself!
